LAG Support in IOS-XR

IOS-XR, primarily used in Cisco's ASR 9000, NCS, and 8000 series routers, supports Link Aggregation Group (LAG) configurations similar to switches, but with differences in implementation. Switches use the term EtherChannel while on IOS-XR routers, the LAG feature is known as "Link Bundles" and can be configured either manually for static LAG, or dynamically using the Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP).

To view Cisco's implementation syntax and parameters for LAG on IOS-XR, search for "Configuring Link Bundles" on the Cisco documentation pertaining to the specific device in question.
