Multicast - PIM ALL-PIM-ROUTERS group
PIM uses a special Multicast group called the ALL-PIM-ROUTERS group with a destination multicast IP address of 224.0.0.13. This multicast group is used for various PIM control messages such as Join, Prune, and Asserts.
