VACL - Changes to ACL are active immediately

VLAN Access Lists are a security feature used to provide control of traffic within a VLAN. VACLs can reference ACLs to match various criteria.

When a VACL is configured to reference an ACL, any changes made to the ACL are active immediately. There is no need to remove and readd the VACL before it can be applied.
