VRF lite route leaking

In a VRF environment, it is possible to "leak" routes from one VRF to another. For static route leaking, Cisco IOS did not allow the leaking of routes from one VRF directly to another. Routes had to be leaked from the source VRF to the global VRF and then leaked back into the destination VRF.

However, Cisco IOS XE now supports direct VRF to VRF static route leaking.
