
When implementing [QoS](/qos) on [Nexus](/nexus) devices, and applying shared policing on interfaces or a [VLAN](/vlan) with member ports that are across different devices connected via a [vPC](/nexus-what-is-vpc), the rate becomes two times the configured CIR rate.
